Call for class days and times. Small group one-hour Pilates sessions. Strength, Flexibility, Balance and Coordination Training, Pilates is one of the greatest exercise methods for children; it will challenge them both mentally and physically, and teach them how to exercise with proper form. It is one of the best ways to learn how your body moves while exercising, training and in everyday life. There is nothing else like it!

Thirty-minute private Pilates sessions are also available for kids 8 and up. Pilates is a great way to help your child improve strength in sports, flexibility to help prevent injury, concentration enabling them to focus and movement so they learn about their bodies.
